Tom Bolton 1.jpgCNTW has been offering Apprenticeships since 2008 as both an entry point into our organisation and as career development for staff, with over 95% of all those successfully completing gaining employment either in our Trust or the wider NHS.

We work in partnership with individuals and workplaces to develop the skills needed for our future workforce whilst also providing individuals with a future career.

Apprentices will be:

  • Supported by experience workplace mentors and staff
  • Earning a competitive wage
  • Studying a nationally recognised qualification
  • Gaining job specific skills & experience

We work with several training providers, all of whom are rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted as a minimum requirement & aid us in providing knowledge, skills and behaviours essential to roles in the areas below:

  • Inpatient care roles
  • Community care roles
  • Customer Service
  • Business & Administration
  • Pharmacy
  • Finance
  • Digital
  • Estates & facilities
