Urgent alert

NRGDS is not a mental health service. If you are in need of support with your mental health, there is information that you can use to contact the right services.

Patient Initiated Follow Up (PIFU)

If you are getting back in touch with us after being on the PIFU pathway, please go to the PIFU page for contact details.

Have a question?

Please look at the pages on this website to see whether there is information that will answer your question. There is a  menu on the NRGDS Home page with quick links to various sections containing information and useful resources on the full range of services available from NRGDS.

If your question relates to waiting times, we cannot provide any additional information to what is already on this website. We appreciate that waiting times can be distressing and that this distress can have an impact on mental health. However, here is the most up-to-date information on waiting times. Please do not call us about waiting times, as this takes up valuable administrative time.

If you still can’t find what you are looking for, or have any further questions, please email us at: NRGDS@cntw.nhs.uk

Or telephone 0191 287 6130
