This leaflet provides information you will find useful during your stay. If you are not sure about anything, please ask a member of staff.
Clearbook is a female rehabilitation ward at Hopewood Park, Sunderland.
Our service is for adult women who need hospital care. We support women who need intensive help with their recovery.
You need a higher level of support right now. Spending time in hospital will help you get better.
A member of our team will meet you when you arrive. They will tell you what to expect. They will show you around the ward and help you settle in.
You will get a Welcome Pack. It has more details about your stay. Ask a member of staff if you do not get one.
Your length of stay depends upon your personal needs. Your care team will talk with you about this.
Activities we offer depend on what you need. We will help you learn new skills. These skills will help you manage your mental health.
Staff can arrange an interpreter if you need one.
