This booklet produced by NHS England tells you all you need to know about having a Care and Treatment Review. This is often called a CTR. A CTR is a way of making sure you get the right care for you.
CTRs are for people with learning disabilities, autism or both, who are In hospital because of a mental health problem. Or because their behaviour is seen as challenging to services. It is also for people living in the community who might need 10 going to a learning disability or mental health hospital.
