What is this leaflet for?

This leaflet gives easy read information about the psychology team in Sunderland and how they can help in lots of different ways.

The psychology team can help you with how you think, feel and behave. Things like:

The psychology team can try to help you to feel better

  • You may feel worried about seeing a psychologist. We will try to help you.
  • We will listen to you and understand how you feel.
  • We can give you advice and will help you to decide what’s best for you.

As well as talking with you we use drawing and writing things down.
