Service criteria:

  • A diagnosis of a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) which may be new or historic16 years of age plus
  • Northumberland resident or registered with a GP in Northumberland
  • Have a specific goal(s) that we can help you with

Referrals are accepted via GP, Healthcare Professionals, Carers or by Self referral.
