South Tyneside Community Learning Disability Services are currently provided in a partnership approach between CNTW and South Tyneside and Sunderland Foundation Trust (STSFT). CNTW currently provide Psychiatry and Psychology. STSFT currently provide the Specialist Learning Disability Community Treatment Team and the intensive support/Assertive Outreach Service.
How to get referred
Referrals are taken in writing or over the phone by anyone associated with the identified client with consent from the person if able. Self referrals are also accepted.
