Publication Scheme

The FOI Act requires every public authority to publish a ‘Publication Scheme’ that tells people what information is routinely available to them, and how to get it. Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (hereby known as the Trust) has adopted the Information Commissioner’s Model Scheme for NHS Bodies in England.

We hope to update this page with an FOI disclosure log in the near future.

Paper copies of the publication scheme are also available on request.

Data Protection Impact Assessments 

The Trust do not routinely publish Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) due to the potential sensitive content. If you wish to make a request for such information, go to our Freedom of Information page.
